Annabelle is a sweet old girl on the North side of 10. She is an animal control dog who is being fostered under the Va.Beach Animal Control foster program. She has been grossly neglected and deserves a chance for a loving home. She is being treated for a urinary tract infection and ear infection. After being bathed 4 times she is feeling much better.
